Use Of The Site & Services
To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site. Information provided on the Site and in the Service related to and other information are subject to change. LaMeel LLC makes no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source (the “Content”), is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. LaMeel LLC disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.

Account Creation
In order to use the Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to LaMeel LLC will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Lawful Purposes
You may use the Site and Service for lawful purposes only. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through the Site any material which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, contains injurious formulas, recipes, or instructions, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

Refusal Of Services
The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign a reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

Order and Enrollment Confirmation
By enrolling in any program or ordering any item(s) from our store/site you agree to our terms and conditions. We will email you to confirm the placement of your order/enrollment and with details concerning product delivery, membership and other services login access. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of the booking, ordering or enrolling through this site or through our online store.

Payments, Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, Transfers, Credits & Program/Membership Access
Here at the LaMeel we strive to make our programs, memberships, and classes accessible to people from all walks of life with many different lifestyle options. Because of this, during the purchase/enrollment process, we grant our students/participants immediate access to the courses, downloads, complete class link access and access to all class materials. Because of this immediate granting of access to all class/program resources no refunds are given for any program, class or membership at any time. So please be 100% sure before opting to purchase a class, mediation, downloadable product or enrolling in a program, membership or coaching program. If a participant wishes to cancel a membership of a reoccurring nature, it is the participant’s responsibility to cancel the membership before the annual or monthly membership payment is made. No refunds will be made once payments are made to LaMeel LLC. Furthermore, no refunds will be given to any participant that has been expelled from any program. Memberships and program access are valid for one year from date of purchase, in which their membership or program will expire, regardless if the participant actively engaged in the membership or program.

In the case where a participant has invested in a program and are unable to attend the current semester, they must notify the LaMeel and explain to them what is going on and arrange to attend a future semester of their choosing of the same program within the next calendar year. Because of the no refund policy, the participant can choose to gift or “sponsor” a student with their invested funds or the credit on hand. If after one full calendar year the credit for the program is not used it will be absorbed into the scholarship fund for incoming students.

Payment/membership disputes are subject to a $75 per issue administrative fee.

There will be a $75 administrative fee for invoices sent to a participant due to missed or late payments for any option that involves reoccurring payments.

In the case where a participant has invested in a program and chooses to “unsubscribe” from the LaMeel mailing list, the member will no longer receive any emails about the current membership they are enrolled in. Also note: if your credit card fails on a monthly membership charge, our automatic system will not be able to email you. In a case of such, there will be a $75 admin fee added to your account since we will need to contact you via another system or via phone. Instead of unsubscribing from emails from LaMeel mailing list, please go to our email preference center and update your preferences. Click HERE to update your information.

In the event, a participant is enrolled in several independent programs/offerings within the LaMel and one or more payment plans is delinquent, all access to ALL of your LaMeel programs will be suspended until payments are up to date.

In the event a participant is enrolled in a program and wishes to drop out, they will be removed from the program and the remaining amount owed for the program will be billed to the participant. Any amount left unpaid after 30 days will be sent to collections.

The above policies are in place for any and all programs offered through the LaMeel. com. Additional requirements, reminders, and information are outlined below by program or offer.

30 days notice is required to modify an automatic withdrawal date for any program and will also require the client pay a $25 administrative fee for the date change.

7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Participants have 7 days, from the date of enrollment, to see if any self-paced or live program is right for them. If, in the case that it’s not, simply submit all homework and completed class materials for the time in the program, along with an explanation of your decision to LaMeel.com. This must be submitted within 7 days of enrolling, no exceptions. Each submission will be addressed on a case by case basis. In the event a participant purchases a downloadable program, or has transferred from another like program this does not apply.

Private Money Coaching Program with LaMeel

Participants choose to pay their investment with LaMeel LLC by purchasing a private coaching program to be renewed monthly by the Auto-Pay feature or a one-time payment. By enrolling in a private money coaching program, LaMeel Reserves the participant’s place in her coaching schedule. (Each cycle begins at the time of the first payment.) Failure to make appointments in a timely manner will result in the loss of some of the appointments without refund for those missed appointments. It is the client’s responsibility to make and keep appointments with LaMeel. It is up to the participant to make their appointments at the times that work for them, based on the availability within the cycle. If the participant needs to reschedule a previously scheduled call, please give LaMeel at least 48 hours’ notice, by logging into the Appointment Scheduler and rebooking a new appointment as well as canceling the appointment that needs to be rescheduled. If the participant has an emergency (illness) LaMeel is flexible with them and will work around it, otherwise, a missed call(s) cannot be made up.

Participants will have access to LaMeel’s private cell phone number and email address for the program for each month their Coaching is renewed. Once the participant chooses to end their coaching contract private access with LaMeel will end.

Individual Classes, Programs, Meditations, ebook and all other Masterclass:

Participants will pay their investment with LaMeel by purchasing individual classes, programs, meditations, ebooks, or any Masterclass through a single payment feature or payment plan. Participants will receive an email with download access information at that time.

Participants will have access to the download page until they choose to unsubscribe from the LaMeel LLC mailing list, or their subscription (if in conjunction with a membership) duration expires.

LaMeel Memberships:

Participants choose to pay their investment with LaMeel by purchasing a Membership to be renewed annually or monthly (depending on the option chosen at the time of purchase) through an Auto-Pay feature. If a participant “Cancels” a membership subscription the participant will immediately be removed from the LaMeel and all Private Facebook groups associated with said program.

Participants will have access to the program for 12 months at which time their program/membership duration will end, or if on a monthly membership; participants will have access to the program for each month their subscription is renewed. Once participant chooses to cancel their membership, at which time their program/membership duration will end.

In the case that a membership was paid for with PayPal auto-renew for the yearly membership and the participant cancels that payment plan within PayPal and wishes to remain in the All Access Pass Membership, they will forfeit their yearly membership for a monthly membership plan.

Participants ~ Self-paced & Live program

Participants can choose to pay their investment with LaMeel in through the one-time payment or reoccurring auto-pay feature.

Participants agree and acknowledge that upon submitting their 1st payment they commit to completing the course, in payment and action, and will be given all access codes and download links for the entire course. Because of being given all access codes this will result in a no-refund policy for this program. A $75 administrative charge will be added for each ”skipped payment” or suspended accounts due to multiple failed attempts for any account without the necessary funds. This will be billed separately via invoice.

If a student “Cancels” a membership subscription before the billing/payment cycle is complete the student will immediately be removed from the LaMeel Program and all Private Facebook groups associated with said programs and the remaining amount due will be sent to collections.

Students are provided one free copy of their certification for each program they complete. For additional copies of their certificate will result in a fee of $25 per additional certificate. Digital certificates are $15 per transaction.

Participants will have “Lifetime” access to the program. “Lifetime” defined as, so long as the program is available for enrollment in the LaMeel. Once the program completes and/or the program will no longer be offered, it may or may not be removed from the LaMeel.

**Regarding our credit programs, if a student removes themselves from one credit program due to it not being the correct course, the student has 7 days to change or upgrade to the correct course. We do not allow for students to enroll within a credit course withdraw, and then come back and enroll within another credit course unless it is an upgrade or a course change within the 7 days allotted. **

Participants in the Money Coaching Program

Participants can choose to allocate their investment with LaMeel in one of three ways for this program: 1. Pay twelve (12) monthly payments to be billed every 30 days via auto draw through the Auto-Pay feature, or 2. Pay fifteen (18) monthly payments to be billed every 30 days via auto draw through Auto-Pay or 3. Pay in full.

Participants in the Business Program

Participants can choose to allocate their investment with LaMeel in one of three ways for the Business with LaMeel program: 1. Pay monthly payments to be billed every 30 days via Auto-Pay until payment period is completed, 2. Pay in full at the time of enrollment or 3. Pay bi-weekly payments until payment period is completed.

Participants will have “Lifetime” access to the program. “Lifetime” defined as, so long as the program is available for enrollment on the LaMeel website. Once the program completes and/or the program will no longer be offered, it may or may not be removed from the LaMeel at the discretion of LaMeel.

Retreats and Live Events with LaMeel

Participants will pay their investment with LaMeel by purchasing admission into the Retreat through the Auto-Pay feature by clicking the store option of their choosing. Participants will receive an email with detailed retreat information at that time. Payment guarantees participation in the Retreat selected by the participant at the named venue and date/time listed.

In the case a participant is unable to attend, they will be issued a credit to attend any retreat with Flora within the next calendar year (12 months) from the date of notification.

In the event a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment for the Retreat selected: There is a $200.00 non-refundable booking fee will be charged to cover administrative costs, regardless of when cancellation is made. From 60 to 45 days, from the day of the event, there is a $300 cancellation fee. No refunds are given less than 30 days before retreat date.

In the case that the retreat does not enroll the minimum number of participants within 30 – 14 days prior to the event date, LaMeel LLC reserves the right to reschedule/postpone the retreat to a later date. In which case the participants will be notified via email. Participants are encouraged to make travel arrangements after the 30-day deadline. LaMeel is not responsible for amounts of money lost due to rescheduled or postponed retreats. Refunds for such occurrences will be handled on a case by case basis.

LaMeel Credits
Participants who make a financial investment towards a program, class, retreat or any other offering offered from LaMeel LLC and chooses to withdraw, drop out or choose not to participate in the originally intended offering, may be offered a “Credit”. The participant will then have 6 months from the date of notification to the LaMeel staff via their account to use the credit. After 6 months the credit is no longer valid at LaMeel.com for that participant and will be absorbed by the LaMeel scholarship fund for use towards scholarships to various programs in which offer scholarships. When a credit is issued, the credit may be used to purchase any other like product or service. For example, credits for coaching can not be used to purchase boutique items, course credit must be used for courses. Credits can be used for most sale items when pre-approved, by an office manager. Credits can not be used during flash sales due to the extreme discount being offered already.

PROGRAM / MEMBERSHIP CONTENT
LaMeel LLC reserves the right to update, modify, reduce or expand any program and membership content at any time in the LaMeel without prior notice.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We endeavor to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

Material You Submit To The Site
You shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the Site any artwork, photos, or other materials (collectively “Materials”) protected by copyright, trademark, or another proprietary right without the express written permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, and the burden of determining that any Materials are not so protected rests entirely with you. You shall be liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission. For all Materials submitted by you to the Site, you automatically represent or warrant that you have the authority to use and distribute the Materials and that the use or display of the Materials will not violate any laws, rules, regulations, or rights of third parties.

Intellectual Property Rights To Your Materials
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply to LaMeel. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Site or Service. The content you submit to LaMeel LLC remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold LaMeel LLC harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting material on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.

LaMeel Intellectual Property
The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by LaMeel LLC including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service

Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.

Changed Terms
We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions.

Limitation Of Liability
YOU AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE. ADDITIONALLY, LaMeel LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH (I) ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, DENIAL OF SERVICE, ATTACK, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR LINE OR SYSTEM FAILURE; (II) LOSS OF REVENUE, ANTICIPATED PROFITS, BUSINESS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL OR DATA; AND (III) THIRD PARTY THEFT OF, DESTRUCTION OF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION OR PROPERTY, REGARDLESS OF OUR NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FAILURE OF AN ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES IN NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LEGAL LIABILITY. THE FOREGOING APPLIES EVEN IF [INSERT YOUR COMPANY NAME] HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN THE DAMAGES. IN THOSE STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THE DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Course/ Program Support

LaMeel offers 3 months of appointment support to each client for each individual classes, programs, meditations, or any Masterclass and unlimited email and text support. Your support date starts the date of purchase and ends 90 days from that date. No extensions will be given due to late starts are other life issues. Additional support time can be purchased directly from LaMeel.com.

Request / Scheduling an Appointment with LaMeel (non-coaching related)

Participants in any program may schedule a support call. By enrolling in any program or purchasing a service with LaMeel.com is does not in any way guarantee personal support from LaMeel exclusively.

When an appointment is made of any nature with LaMeel, LaMeel Reserves the client’s appointment on her schedule. Failure to make appointments in a timely manner will result in the loss of the appointment time. Excess abusive of the appointment system in booking LaMeel will result in a $10.00 appointment fee per appointment moving forward. The client will still have the option of scheduling with the general program support staff. It is the client’s responsibility to make and keep appointments with LaMeel. It is up to the participant to make their appointments at the times that work for them, based on the availability within the cycle. If the participant needs to reschedule a previously scheduled call, please give LaMeel at least 48 hours’ notice, by logging into the Appointment Scheduler and rebooking a new appointment as well as canceling the appointment that needs to be rescheduled. If the participant has an emergency (illness) LaMeel is flexible with them and will work around it, otherwise, a missed call(s) cannot be made up and you will be removed from the support option with LaMeel.
