You’ll be guided through mindful intention setting, gratitude, breathwork, and a meditation to anchor your desires and soothe your spirit.
• Shamanic Shaking: As the cacao works its gentle magick, flow into a playful, embodied shaking practice to release stagnant energy, loosen stress, and invite fresh life force into the body. No dance skills needed—just willingness to move, shake, and let go.
• Restorative Sound Bath: Settle onto the floor and receive a deeply restorative 20-minute sound bath. Bathed in healing frequencies from crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing instruments, your body and spirit will integrate, unwind, and elevate.
• Raw Vegan Snacks: Enjoy nourishing, high-frequency bites throughout the evening to support your body’s reset and your heart’s expansion.
