Step 1.

Check your email inbox 

Go to the inbox of the email address you just used to sign up. This can take up to an hour.

Step 2.

Open The Confirmation Email

Find the email sent by us. It has the subject line "Your Event Confirmation" and is sent from "LaMeelinc@gmail.com" or GoddessLaMeel@gmail.com.

Step 3.

The Link

The link in that email will be the link to your event. Or the venue details and parking and more will be inside that email. Please read it and follow instruction

IMPORTANT ACCESS DETAILS

Access information for all events is delivered via email to the address entered at checkout.

Participants are responsible for ensuring email deliverability, including:
• Entering the correct email address at checkout
• Checking spam, junk, and promotional folders
• Whitelisting our sending email address when possible

If an email address is entered incorrectly at checkout, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact support as soon as possible to request a correction. Missed events due to incorrect email entry do not qualify for refunds.

If you do not receive access information, you must contact support during the live event window and no later than the scheduled end time of the event. Messages sent after the event has concluded cannot be used to verify access issues.

LIVE EVENT ATTENDANCE RESPONSIBILITY

All events are live experiences, whether held virtually via Zoom or in person.

Attendance is the sole responsibility of the participant. This includes managing schedules, time zones, transportation, internet access, and personal availability.

Failure to attend a live event for any reason does not constitute non-delivery of services.


REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

There are no refunds for live events, whether virtual or in person. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Failure to attend the event live
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to check email or spam folders
• Incorrect email entry
• Requests made after the event has concluded
• Late arrival to in-person events
• Traffic, parking issues, or transportation delays
• Technical issues on the participant’s end

For virtual events that include a replay, delivery of the replay constitutes full delivery of the event, regardless of live attendance.

For virtual events that do not include a replay, participants may request to be added to one future similar event, if available. This accommodation may only be used one time and is not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued.

If no similar future event is available, no alternative compensation will be provided

REPLAY ACCESS

Unless otherwise stated, replay access is included and provided with lifetime access.

Replay access constitutes full delivery of the event.

Participants who engage in policy abuse, fraudulent claims, or disruptive behavior may receive replay access via a private link rather than community-based platforms. Access to Goddess University or other community spaces is not guaranteed and is granted at our discretion.

EVENT CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

In the event that we must cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Technical failures
• Internet outages
• Health emergencies
• Severe weather
• Venue issues

The event will be rescheduled.

The new event date will be announced within 48 hours of cancellation.

If a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled date:
• Virtual event participants will receive a replay
• In-person event participants will receive an event credit to attend a similar future event

Event credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

IN-PERSON EVENT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

For in-person events, participants must be prepared to show valid identification at entry.

The name on the identification must match the name used at registration. Entry may be denied if names do not match.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are responsible for their own:
• Internet connection
• Device functionality
• Platform access (Zoom, browser compatibility, etc.)

Technical issues on the participant’s end do not qualify for refunds.

DISPUTE AND CLAIMS POLICY

Any claims regarding access issues must be supported by verifiable documentation, including time-stamped screenshots or forwarded emails showing attempted contact during the live event window.

Claims without documentation cannot be verified.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you understand this is a live event with no refunds and that access issues must be reported during the event window.

You agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or card issuer for reasons outlined in this policy, including missed attendance or failure to follow access instructions.

Fraudulent disputes or false statements made to financial institutions regarding our performance will be contested and may result in permanent removal from all events, programs, and offerings under the House of LaMeel.

This policy applies to all events and experiences under the House of LaMeel, including but not limited to:
• Goddess University
• GoddessLife Ministries
• Luxe & Light Apothecary
• High Fashion Chocolate
• Pure Love / PureLove Farms
• Any affiliated brands, platforms, or live experiences
