These policies apply to all offerings, products, services, classes, programs, memberships, events, retreats, digital products, physical products, and experiences provided through KLE Holdings, LaMeel.com, Luxe and Light Apothecary, Goddess University, Pure Love, and High Fashion Chocolate, collectively operating as the House of LaMeel.
By visiting this site, purchasing, enrolling, booking, ordering, or participating in any offering, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy in full.

The terms “you,” “your,” “client,” “customer,” “participant,” “member,” and “user” refer to site visitors, purchasers, clients, students, members, event attendees, and any other users of the site, products, services, programs, or experiences.
Services and offerings may include, but are not limited to, spiritual classes, manifesting classes, coaching, energy work, healing/clearing sessions, psychic and card readings, group sessions, personal sessions, automated self-paced programs, memberships, meditations, affirmations, events, retreats, apothecary products, food products, chocolates, digital products, blogs, vlogs, and related experiences.
Age Requirement
To access or use this site, purchase products, enroll in programs, or participate in services, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the authority to enter into these terms. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the site or purchasing services unless otherwise expressly permitted for a specific youth or family offering.
Use of Site and Services
You agree to use this site and all services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site, services, products, programs, or community spaces for any illegal, abusive, harmful, disruptive, defamatory, invasive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate purpose.

Account Creation and Accurate Information
When creating an account, enrolling, booking, ordering, or requesting support, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Order and Enrollment Confirmation
By enrolling in any program, purchasing any product, booking any appointment, joining any membership, or ordering any item from our site or store, you agree to these terms and conditions.
You may receive confirmation by email with details regarding your order, product delivery, membership access, program access, appointment details, event details, or login information. It is your responsibility to review your confirmation and notify us as soon as possible if there is an error.
You are responsible for checking your email, including spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders, for confirmations, links, access details, updates, and communications.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any program, class, membership, event, service, digital product, downloadable product, physical product, retreat, reading, session, coaching container, or other offering unless otherwise stated in writing for that specific offering.
No refunds will be issued due to missed events, missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, failure to participate, failure to access materials, failure to check email, dissatisfaction after access has been granted, or removal from a program or community due to behavior or policy violations.
Because many offerings provide immediate access to course materials, downloads, class links, membership spaces, digital content, energetic work, service preparation, or other resources, your purchase is considered final once payment is submitted.
Live Online Events, Classes, and Trainings
Clients and participants are responsible for attending live sessions at the scheduled time and ensuring they can access the event platform.
If you experience technical issues accessing a live online class, training, event, or session, you must reach out within the first 30 minutes of the event start time using an available contact method. If you do not reach out within the first 30 minutes, this will be considered a missed session or missed event.
Failure to attend a live online class, training, event, or session does not qualify you for a refund or credit.
Replay Access as Fulfillment
For virtual or live online classes, events, and trainings, access to a replay, when provided, constitutes full delivery and fulfillment of the purchase.
If you miss a live session for any reason and a replay is provided, the replay fulfills the agreement. No refund or credit will be issued due to missed live attendance.
In-Person Events
All in-person event purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend an in-person event, your purchase will not be refunded. No-shows and last-minute cancellations do not qualify for refunds or credits unless otherwise stated in writing for that specific event.
Payment guarantees participation in the selected event at the named venue, date, and time listed, subject to any event changes made by us.
Event Changes, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled by us, you will be moved to the next scheduled date automatically.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit equal to your purchase amount.
If an event is fully canceled by us, you will receive a credit equal to your purchase amount unless otherwise stated in writing.
We are not responsible for travel costs, lodging, transportation, childcare, missed work, or any other personal expenses related to canceled, postponed, or rescheduled events.
Credit Policy
Credits issued by us are valid for 6 months from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Credits may be applied toward any available eligible offering within the House of LaMeel.
Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a credit is not used within the stated credit period, it expires and is no longer available.
Memberships and Recurring Payments
If you purchase a recurring membership, subscription, payment plan, or auto-pay offering, you are responsible for managing your billing and cancellation before the next payment is processed.
No refunds will be issued after a recurring payment has been processed.
If a recurring payment fails, access to the membership, program, or related materials may be paused, suspended, or removed until the account is brought current.
If you cancel a membership or subscription, your access may end immediately or at the end of the billing period, depending on the structure of the specific offering.
Payment Plans and Outstanding Balances
When you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments for the full investment amount.
Submitting the first payment grants access to the offering and creates a commitment to complete the full payment plan unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a payment is missed, skipped, declined, disputed, or late, access to current and future programs, memberships, services, or community spaces may be suspended until payments are current.
Outstanding balances may be invoiced, pursued for recovery, or sent to collections when appropriate.
Administrative Fees
Administrative fees may apply for payment disputes, failed payments, late payments, missed payment invoices, account recovery, appointment abuse, certificate reissues, payment date changes, or additional support requests.
Any administrative fees will be communicated when applicable.
Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting support to resolve the matter.
Because access to services, digital content, replays, products, downloads, memberships, programs, appointment reservations, event access, and energetic work may be granted immediately upon purchase, all valid transactions are considered fulfilled according to the terms of the offering.
Any attempt to dispute a valid charge after services, access, products, or materials have been delivered may be considered a violation of this agreement.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to current and future offerings, pursue outstanding balances, apply administrative fees where applicable, and restrict future participation in programs, services, memberships, or events.
Refusal of Service
All services and orders are offered subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, deny enrollment, remove a participant, or discontinue access to any person or entity at our discretion, subject to fulfilling any previous responsibilities based on accepted payment.
Behavior and Participation Policy
This policy applies to in-person events, online group sessions, private containers, memberships, classes, retreats, community spaces, comment sections, social media groups, and all related spaces.
You agree to enter all spaces with respect, integrity, personal responsibility, and appropriate conduct.
The following behaviors are not permitted:
- Disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful conduct
- Harassment, intimidation, threats, or boundary violations
- Excessive negativity or disruption of the group experience
- Recording, sharing, copying, or distributing content without permission
- Sharing private community discussions or participant information outside the container
- Using community spaces for solicitation, spam, or unauthorized promotion
- Violating intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session, program, membership, event, retreat, online space, or community at any time if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or misaligned with the container.
Removal does not qualify for a refund, credit, or future access.
Appointment Scheduling and Missed Appointments
When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved. It is your responsibility to make, keep, and manage your appointments.
If you need to reschedule a scheduled appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice may be required unless otherwise stated for that specific service.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to schedule within the available support period may result in the loss of that appointment without refund.
Purchasing a program, service, class, or membership does not guarantee personal support from any specific individual unless that support is expressly included in the offer.
Program, Membership, and Course Access
Program, membership, and course access varies by offering. Access may be limited to a specific time period, active subscription period, stated support window, or the lifetime of the program.
“Lifetime access,” when used, means access for as long as the program is available and actively hosted by us. If a program is discontinued, removed, retired, transferred, or no longer offered, access may end.
We reserve the right to update, modify, reduce, expand, restructure, retire, or remove program and membership content at any time.
Course and Program Support
Support periods vary by offering. When a support period is included, it begins on the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
No extensions are guaranteed due to late starts, lack of participation, personal circumstances, missed communications, or failure to access materials during the support period.
Additional support may be available for purchase when offered.
Product Descriptions and Pricing
We make every effort to describe and display products, services, classes, programs, memberships, and events as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, pricing, availability, or other content is always complete, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, availability, and order details. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing or incorrect description.
Physical Products
For physical products, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, weather, third-party shipping delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
Due to the nature of apothecary, food, chocolate, wellness, ritual, beauty, and handmade products, returns or exchanges may be limited or unavailable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Energy Work, Healing, Spiritual, and Wellness Disclaimer
Services, teachings, products, and experiences may include energy work, spiritual practices, intuitive guidance, ritual work, holistic wellness support, metaphysical education, emotional support, or personal development practices.
